"We would like to express our appreciation and satisfaction with Tawni Kind’s success in helping to sell our home. She provided us helpful guidance to prepare our home for sale, helped us find a competitive asking price, explained the sale process and expected expenses. She moved forward on a plan to market our home that brought competing bids within a few days of it being put up for sale. We found her explanation of how to evaluate the bids useful as we made the decision about which offer to accept and how to best respond to the related final sale negotiations. We found her to be attentive to expedite the sale negotiations and final closing on the weekend and evenings when needed. As you can tell we were pleased with her work and would be glad to recommend her to others". -Doug and Sue
